This is v2 patchset, enable SPI-NOR flash on SiFive hifive-unleashed-a00
board, here is v1 [1].

Changes for v2:
- use latest sifive commit from linux-next
- fix typos in commit message
- rebased on master

patch 0001 - 02: support devicetree

patch 0003: add is25wp256 chip

patch 0004 - 05: enable spi-nor flash

All tested in Sifive fuse540 hifive-unleashed-a00 board.
