After commit 860e748bddcc ("drm: ensure blend mode supported if pixel
format with alpha exposed") we get warnings at boot:

stm32-display 48010000.display-controller: [drm] [PLANE:37:plane-0] pixel format with alpha exposed but blend mode not setup. Please fix.

The LTDC blends the pixel formats with alpha by straight alpha, the
only mode implemented in the driver. Create the blend mode property
with DRM_MODE_BLEND_COVERAGE only.
